Gluten free, grain free baking
December 21, 2013
"I make my own gluten free, grain free bread using psyllium as one of the ingredients. I decided to try this as a replacement. It has worked well. Makes for a lighter product."

Doesn't Measure Up to Sprinkle Fiber
October 15, 2013
"I bought this as a better-priced alternative to Sprinkle Fiber, but it doesn't measure up unfortunately. It doesn't dissolve well in hot drinks, which is where Sprinkle Fiber excels.
I will try to bake with it to get the benefit of the fiber without expecting it to fully dissolve. If I weren't going to try that, I would just compost it. Don't bother with this one if you don't want to spend your time spooning out little gobs of fiber floating in your beverage."
