Non-GMO Vegan Kosher. The Simply Bar Story: Having Crohn's Disease I need to be very careful with what i eat as most snacks upset my stomach especially when I am on the go or travelling. After I finished writing a book on Crohn's disease I started trying to formulate a snack bar that would fill me up but would also be easy to digest. i wanted a high protein lower fat low glycemic bar that had only a handful of all natural ingredients I could pronounce and no chemicals or ingredients I couldn't. Since their initial launch we have been continually improving the bars: the bar you are holding has less sugar than fiber! There are none o the artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols found in "no sugar" products which can often upset the stomach. We know of no other food bar that compares. For these reasons The Simply Bar is loved not only by athletes vegans and celiacs but also by everyday healthy people who want to make better eating choices. Soy bars!

"I bought these prior to vacation and also bought the chocolate one as well. Although the taste was good (we liked the lemon best) the bars bothered both my husband and I. The bothersome ingredient is the soy as neither of us do well on soy unless in small amounts. Obviously these contain more than a little soy so we ended up giving them away with a warning: May cause bloating and digestive disturbance!"

Amazing protein to calorie ratio

"The nutrition facts on this product are incredible. There's a lot of protein for only 160 calories, and with only 3 grams of sugar! The taste is subtle but it's good enough to eat the whole bar. It doesn't taste like a bar made of flavorless crunchies."

I like this brand

"I like the ingredients in these bars and that they are gluten free and easy to digest. I prefer the chocolate peanut butter one. I had a few of these and they are ok. The lemon to me seems more like cleaner taste then fruit. If it was fruiter it would work better."
