" I really LOVE this product and have been using it for over a year! I add it too my morning smoothie and use only ONE scoop! Two, is too much for me. I combine it with low cal Almond milk, a handful of spinach or kale, organic peanut butter and frozen banana. This concoction provides me with all I need to face the day and feed my body in a GOOD way! LOVE THIS! "
