Delicious and healthy cereal!
December 2, 2015
"This is a delicious and nutritious minimally processed cereal for the whole family to enjoy. The directions call for soaking it in milk, but I think it is much more delicious if you just eat it like regular cereal - put in the banana or other fruit, add milk, kefir or whatever liquid you prefer and crunch away! It is a great cold alternative for oatmeal and even more nutritious with the added nuts and dried fruit! A little goes a long way so start by using the recommended serving size and then tailor it to your own likes. I even top it with a little Udis granola for extra crunch!"
