easy-to-use egg replacer

"3 TBLS water and 1 TBLS ground chia seeds can
be used successfully in baking to replace 1 egg.
This product came fresh, in a resealable package
and adds protein to be used in many ways in food.

Doesn't stick to teeth

"The whole seeds always got stuck in my teeth, which became pretty annoying. I'm glad that the powder doesn't do that as much."
