"As far as shelf stable non-dairy "milks" go, this one has the fewest questionable ingredients. I used to be a huge fan of rice milk on cold cereal. I don't eat cold cereal anymore, so it's fine with me that this is a little thicker than rice milk--a lot like the texture of soy milk except SOY FREE! I use it for my morning cappuccino and in oatmeal porridge. Be sure to get this one, not the unsweetened variety because they add carrageenan to make up for the lack of rice syrup viscosity--made that mistake once!"
