"I was recently using Bob's Organic Steel Cut Oats and decided to try this brand. They are just as good and slightly even better because they come in a 2 pack. I did follow Arrowhead's suggested preparation but i still prefer my own...1/4 cup oats & 1 cup of water or milk. (I actually do 1/2 water & 1/2 Almond milk) Mix in some chopped almonds, maple syrup, chia seeds, ground flax seeds and some fruit....yummy and healthy!!!"
