Best ever sea veggi
 August 19, 2015
"Seaweed Iceland is free of industrial waste that had been dumped in oceans as is the case with much of the sea weed bought from Japanese sources. More than 80% of Japanes seaweed is grown in China along industrial centers. I love its purity, wholeness and their method of drying. I soak it for about ten minutes before cutting it, and add it to virtually every recipe. I highly recommend it!"

very thick and textured
 December 18, 2014
"I bought this based on the fact that it's hand-harvested from clean oceanic waters, but they literally took whole fronds that are THICK.....I had to use scissors to cut the fronds into 1/4" to 1/2" size strips to add to soups.....even then, it did not soften much once boiled....I was thinking it would have that thinner wakame I am used to when buying from Japanese grocery stores for miso soups, etc....I'd say this is a product for die-hard foodies who like the textures of foods in their most 'natural' form even when not ideal in texture for the palette."

So versatile and good

"Just a quick soak in water and it's ready to use. I keep it simple with just a sprinkle of Bragg's Liquid Aminos and it's ready to eat. I love it as a quick snack or a side dish."
