New product for me, but great taste

"I needed for a new recipe, but it worked well and seasoned the food good. I plan to use in beans to make them soft, but haven't tried yet. I would recommend."

"Exemplary Subject, right?
Anyway, Now is a more important time than ever to make sure you get enough iodine in your diet. I steam this product and then put it into my smoothies, and I barely notice it's there. For more normal people, letting it soak in water is a better idea since it will make the seaweed more chewable. - or you can make a great miso soup with this."
