Light Tasting and Mixes Well
 January 5, 2016
"I like this primarily due to it's being microfiltered and therefore undenatured, from grass fed cows, and free of artificial hormones. I also like that it has stevia as a sweetener. It also mixes well even if you just have a spoon (I've done this a few times when I needed to be very quiet!!) As for taste, the vanilla flavor is very light and not very sweet at all and I've honestly had better tasting vanilla protein but they had chemical sweeteners and other junk I didn't like. This one has a mild pleasant taste that is IMO similar to other microfiltered and stevia sweetened vanilla protien that I've tasted. But I honestly always make it with almond milk or Silk and I add additional stevia sweetener and a bit of vanilla extract at least in order to achieve what I feel is a nice tasting vanilla protein shake. I will continue to buy this, but would love for them to increase the vanilla flavor and sweetness of this."
