"Eating healthy while on the go can be challenging. I try to keep one of these bars with me at all times. I think they are great. We are gluten free and try to watch the amount of sugar we eat. We also try to avoid artificial sweeteners. My husband and I both like the taste of these bars (Brownie Crunch and Espresso are good too). If you like sweet, sugary things, these are not for you. If you want something healthy and easy I highly recommend these bars."
