"This item is high in fat and I don't know that I would necessarily think of it as a Skinny food, honestly the nutritional profile isn't particularly compelling. But I thought these bars were absolutely delicious. I wouldn't eat them in place of any kind of bar that had some sort of diet or nutriiton benefits. But as a dessert indulgence type item for around 200 calories, love-love-loved the taste and have never had a bar that was this yummy before. Would waaaay rather have this vs a candy bar, so it could be a good trade off in some situations."
